Specific Job Summary
- Reporting to the Director, Client and Member Marketing, the Manager, Member Marketing – Content Marketing manages all print materials, publications, corporate website, as well as the development and execution of Interval’s content marketing strategy.
- The incumbent works closely across the marketing team and with Marriott Vacations Worldwide’s Centers of Excellence to align stakeholder needs with engaging and relevant materials.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the ROI and engagement of Interval’s content pieces.
- Proactively seek out and recommend best practices for print and digital pieces to ensure cost efficiencies and alignment with member needs.
Specific Expected Contributions
- Manages the creation, process, development, and deployment of print pieces and publications.
- Enhances processes based on best practices and learnings.
- Recommends featured content in alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
- Works collaboratively to enhance print product quality.
- Drives the development of new digital pieces (as business needs require) and the enhancement of current pieces to align with best practices and KPIs.
- Aligns efforts with member usage, such as transforming the Travel Planner content to effective digital touchpoints, including Resort Directory enhancements.
- Develop and deploy tactical plan for omnichannel content marketing, leveraging digital assets (e.g.: the digital publication) both for member awareness and channel enrichment.
- Ensure that content marketing aligns with business goals.
- Keep focus for all content on ROI.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Creative Writing, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience
- 5 – 8 years of experience working on content marketing, print marketing, direct mail, and/or publications.
- Experience working in highly cross-functional organizations, collaborating with creative, sales, and marketing counterparts, where influence as well as direct responsibility are equally important.
- Experience in Hotel Management, Vacation Ownership, Hospitality or Travel industry preferred.

- Computer literacy on Microsoft Office products, e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
