Job Description

This position is responsible for inviting the OPC qualified customers for Sales Presentation.  The role also includes assisting on any customer inquiries during their stay.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High school completion or equivalent
  • Related work experience

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in reading and writing English (additional language required for certain positions)
  • Good personality
  • Strong communication skills especially speaking
  • Positive interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a deadline and target.
  • Strong hospitality skills.

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS  

  • Invite and schedule customer for Sales Presentation.
  • Sell Preview Package for customers who are unable to join sales presentation this time for their next visit.
  • Explain details of premium gifts to customers.
  • Provide Guest Service on any inquiries during their stay.
  • Maintain performance target.
  • Other duties and assigned tasks as required.
