SUMMARY
Assist with Marketing & Creative Services department activities, e-campaigns planning and copywriting, new – and renewal of collateral, promotional activities and - Events organisation. Helps coordination digital and social media adverts. Also assists Management with other projects and other Marketing departments as required.
Provide administrative support to the Guest Service department, most specifically the Back Office work area department and client liaison support to all marketing departments.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
REPORTING
Perform market research to enhance existing or develop new programs Set up and maintain effective tracking systems for new Marketing campaigns and initiatives Learn basic reporting processes for Marketing. Keep yearly Marketing Plan up to date Keep yearly broker plan up to date Keep yearly legal file tracking up do date Request databases for e-campaigns. Follow up on stock control process
MARKETING
Assist in creation and copy write of e-campaigns and other lead/package generation activities Send out written marketing briefs of digital campaigns
Assist Creative team with Meta adverts for the region and manage ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram), ensuring optimal targeting, cost effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
Provide support for all marketing departments as required
Liaise with brokers and assist when they have marketing material requests
Source and establish contacts with local suppliers and Marketing partners & manage the relationships.
Prepare and attend off site local and international events as required
Work in collaboration with the Creative Executive to create / update /develop new collateral when necessary
Coordinate annual update, brand and legal review of all marketing collateral for the region Assist with updating the web offers and making sure booking engine is up to date. Liaising with all departments with regards to marketing plans
ADMINISTRATION
Assist in the development and operation of local and regional marketing programs.
Give creative input into and assist with production of marketing collateral. Responsible for dealing with e-mails in assigned marketing e-mail boxes.
Support the Guest Service department as required, and assisting back office employees with stock control at both sites as well as maintenance or renovation projects
Take a lead role to help back office sourcing new materials and new providers at cost effective rates
Liaise with the legal and brand team to comply with company standards when creating with new collateral and campaigns

Assist Marketing and Sales Management with adhoc tasks as requested
Assist with recruitment, team meetings, motivation and training as required.
