Work Schedules— Maintain availability to work a fluctuating schedule, based on business needs, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Education, Certification, or Licenses Preferred – High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent preferred but not required. Proficiency in English (additional language required for certain positions). No related work experience required.

- Answers any basic format questions in iServices an advisors may ask.
- Faxes last minute confirmations to members.
- Performs administrative duties such as writing reports, faxing, etc.
- Places units on hold for advisors requiring extended hold time.
- Assists Human Resources in booking employee confirmations via the employee waitlist, weekly during specified hours and on the weekends.
- Able to work chat via several chat environment.
- Provides assistance with special projects such as testing, updates and inbound calls etc.
