You will be responsible for making meaningful moments for customers and potential guests. Handle inbound customer phone calls, providing exemplary service and support. Assist with managing reservations, provide hotel information, confirm reservations, modify/cancel bookings. Connect with guests over chat to answer inquires, re-confirm bookings, and reserve rooms. Manage guest preferences and special requests, coordinate with hotel front desk staff and maintain guest records in the reservation system. May assist with TLA (Temporary Lodging Allowance) bookings and rate overrides.
Overcome potential guest objections while maintaining a polite and enthusiastic demeanor. Check availability of accommodations and dates, including finding alternative dates or options if first choice is not available. Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by a guest of the management team. This position requires computer proficiency and the ability to swiftly navigate multiple systems/applications to access and accurately input data into proper fields, typically, while using multiple computer monitors. They will also assist with call back requests to return customers calls.
