SUMMARY
Support Telemarketing Department with administrative and other tasks to ensure its smooth and efficient running.
TASKS
Operations
Liaise with Telemarketers and Admin to make reservations for holiday preview bookings in the appropriate systems.
Support TM Admin Supervisors with all departmental tasks.
Check room availability as requested.
Process bookings in reservation system and update appropriate tracking systems.
Assisting Telemarketers with pricing of packages.
Support TM Supervisor monitoring the telemarketing issues/queries daily.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (email, phone, mail) professionally
Inform HP, Sales Reception and Resort reservation of any last-minute bookings, changes and cancellations.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and report generation
Track TMK hours daily.
Distribute reports as required.
Check departmental inboxes and process information accordingly.
OTHER
Help with other administrative matters or related tasks as assigned by management.
Assist with completion of verification, compliance and activation calls.
Complies with MVC Company policy and procedures.
