Job Summary
- The Senior Manager, Regional Marketing reports to the Director of Client & Member Marketing and drives regional marketing initiatives to support business growth and enhance brand presence within the Latin American region (a key growth market for Interval).
- Develop and implement LATAM-specific strategies to engage, retain, and convert members and clients.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies, including campaigns, content, events, and materials that differentiate Interval from competitors and increase brand awareness and preference.
Expected Contributions
- Craft and implement regional marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and drive growth within the region.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.
- Advocate for and implement effective digital touchpoints in alignment with business goals and customer data.
- Work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Organize and manage regional events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Educate company stakeholders on marketing best practices for LATAM region.
- Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting brand values and ensuring consistent messaging across all LATAM regional marketing activities.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Creative Writing, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience
- Seven (7) to nine (9) years of experience in a regional marketing role.
- Experience in Hotel Management, Vacation Ownership, Hospitality/Travel Industry preferred.
- Experience in a matrixed structured organization preferred.
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing specific to the LATAM region, must understand regional considerations/nuances.
Skills and Attributions
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required both verbal and in writing required. Portuguese is a plus.
- Strategic thinking to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, events, and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Ability to interpret data and metrics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide a marketing team towards achieving goals.
- Innovative thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns and solutions.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market changes and new opportunities.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
