Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Recruiting, the Recruiter is responsible for executing and supporting talent acquisition programs, processes, and systems in alignment with corporate HR strategies and in compliance with applicable employment regulations across U.S. and international locations. This role focuses on developing region-specific recruiting strategies for hourly positions, ensuring alignment with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.
The Recruiter partners with site associates across the region to understand hourly staffing needs and provide subject matter expertise in defining candidate profiles that meet business objectives. Staying current with recruiting trends and maintaining strong relationships with local recruiters and educational institutions, the Recruiter manages all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. This position requires travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Expected Contributions
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager to guide and execute regional recruiting strategies.
- Lead recruitment efforts for hourly roles across the assigned region.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local schools and institutions, especially those not currently engaged by the TA Center of Excellence.
- Strengthen and expand existing partnerships within the region, including schools, recruiters, and community organizations.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system by progressing candidates through appropriate stages and sending relevant communications.
- Source qualified candidates through cost-effective channels such as job boards, job fairs, social media, referral programs, and campus outreach.
- Adapt recruitment methods based on regional response rates, including:
- Posting on job boards
- Advertising in local media
- Hosting career events
- Participating in job fairs
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of recruiting processes tailored to site-specific needs, in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
- Leverage emerging technologies and platforms, especially social media (LinkedIn, X, Facebook), to enhance recruiting capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with client groups to understand departmental culture and hiring needs; maintain regular engagement to support staffing goals.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, offering insights into sourcing strategies, market trends, and staffing decisions.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Experience
- 0–3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition required.
- Prior Recruiting experience required, preferably in the timeshare industry.
- Prior exposure to hospitality or Sales & Marketing environments is preferred.
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting settings is strongly preferred.

Expected salary range between $70,000 - $80,000 annually, plus bonus plan, benefits and perks!
