Position Summary:
The Settlement Officer (Quality Assurance Officer) is responsible to provide assistance to the Sales department and the Document Origination department by accurately and efficiently confirming vacation ownership purchase contracts. This includes ensuring the ownership agreements are executed properly and within the established resort goal and company financial and sale guidelines. Additional responsibilities include providing the customer with a branded purchasing experience, assisting management with continually improving the working environment and procedural processes to achieve higher levels of quality performance
Requirements:
Adhere to the Department Standards of Performance
MUST be a notary in USVI.
Proven wide range of administrative services (1 -3 years preferred)
Computer literate to include Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Title closing experiences a plus
Strong Customer Service Focus (3-5 years preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Sustain a professional demeanor at all times
