CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Maintaining Sales & Marketing Finance Goals
- Responsible for performing and managing accounting and analysis functions related to Bali Sites & call center.
- Manage period close reporting along with forecasting, LRP and budgeting efforts in relation to the Call Center.
- Lead business reviews for Call Centers, including providing fact-based point of views and challenging commercial targets with business/department leads where appropriate.
- Support in creating new management/analysis tools to track financial results effectively and to improve forecasting processes and deliverables.
Accounting & Reporting Responsibilities
- Assists Director of Finance (DOF) with Period, Quarter and Year-end closing procedures.
- Review of the accounting work & reports prepared by the Bali Accounting Service team.
- Prepare:
- Management Incentive and commission calculations.
- Variance analysis and commentaries for the assigned Business Units.
- Management reports and presentation decks, including Buvar and all relevant performance reports.
Strategic Alignment
Support in Strategic Planning and Decision Making
- Support developing business plans and workable processes for Bali Sites (NDT & NDG) and the Indonesia call center to assist in management decision-making and identify significant trends/issues.
Delivering on the Needs of Key Stakeholders
- Serve as the key finance business partner for senior Site and Call Center Leaders and support business initiatives or efforts. Influencing behaviors and performance through insights and understanding of key drivers.
- Coordinate communication across all Bali sites and with regional teams.
- Assist the DOF to work with AP Regional finance teams to ensure consistent accounting treatment and reporting best practices for Bali Site & Call Center operations.
Internal Control, policies, ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities
- Support the work on streamlining and improving Bali Sites & Call Center process to improve control and efficiency.
- Support DOF to ensure internal control objectives are documented and met across the Bali Sites & Call Centers.
- Liaise with Controller teams in AP, regional finance team, business partners to ensure compliance and consistency to company’s MVWP standards.
- Responsible to ensure the quarterly reconciliation reporting are completed for the assigned Units.
- Prepare, coordinate or lead ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, Examples below:
a. New Deals investment analysis.
b. Site expansion analysis and support.
c. Pre-opening support Provide guidance/assistance to other business units as required (In relation to accounting and budgeting policies and procedures, efficient control and utilization of financial resources).
d. Support ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities as required by business.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
The education, experience, skills and attributes important for this position are:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 6-8 years’ finance and accounting experience, preferably with 2-3 years in commercial finance roles.
- Experience with Multi-National Corporation preferred.
- Strong Excel skills are required (Advanced Level).
- Ability to work with people at all organizational levels.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, reporting units and tight deadlines.
- Self-driven, independent and able to work in a team.
- Prior Supervisory experience preferred.

a. Auditing and Reconciliation - The ability to recognize, research, and resolve discrepancies in financial data, and create flow charts on main accounting and control cycles (A/R, AP, Cash) to facilitate understanding of key control points.
b. General Finance and Accounting - The ability to perform bookkeeping procedures, proficiently use financial systems technology, and accurately complete general ledger entries; knowledge of database structures in order to obtain financial queries; establish Cash flow statements and cash flow forecast with a good understanding the financials flows and the working capital needs.
