Job Description

Hourly Rate: $19.40

Conducts inventory of tools, equipment, or materials. Places orders for plants, new and replacement equipment, or supplies, staying within budget. Records water usages from pumps and wells. Performs minor repairs to structures using hand and power tools. Mixes, prepares, and applies chemical solutions to control pests, weeds, or plant disease. Keeps records of fertilizer and pesticide applications. Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems. Operates tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment and supplies.

Shift: 1st/2nd; must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Requirement: Valid Driver's License required.

  • Reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.  

  • Follows all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.  

  • Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.

  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other associates.

  • Stands, sits, or walks for an extended period or for an entire work shift.  

  • Moves, lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and places objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.  

  • Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.  

  • Assists management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching associates; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
