JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant M&S will be responsible for all facets of administrative support RVP M&S APEME for the Sales & Marketing Management team including phone support, filing, organizing, and ordering supplies. The role is also responsible for the creation and updating of Sales & Marketing reports, presentation and etc. for the APEME Region. Including gathering data pertaining to key performance metrics from various sources and compiling into key management reports for the marketing leadership team. Reporting responsibilities will require proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing Management including, phone support, filing, organizing, travel coordination, ordering supplies, etc. Process paperwork such as Purchase Orders, Payables, Expense Reports and other workflow items as directed by Management. Assist in coordination of facilities needs such as working with contractors to ensure repairs and cleaning are completed in a timely manner. Create reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access with direction from Sales & Marketing Management. Complete and distribute reports to Sales & Marketing leadership team on daily, weekly and period basis. Ensure accuracy of all Sales & Marketing reporting by ensuring proper data sources are used and that reporting spreadsheets function properly.
Complete administrative tasks as may be directed by Management.
