Accounting Department
Job Description for Students
General Information
Provide support to the Accounting Department.
Job Summary
The Accounting Trainee helps to manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounting office. You assist the ACC Administrative with the administration of ACC policies, procedures, and programs. You will be helping payroll.
Duties and Responsibilities
- All what payroll department need to be assisted
- Match and fix errors between systems.
- Collect vouchers to recharge other companies.
- Accounts receivable.
- File information.
- Assists Department.
- Control different accounts in Opera system (F&B Discrepancies, small balances, executives checks, breakfast promotion…)
- Prepare income journal daily
- Help with internal controls
- Help the supervisors/managers in the department or any associate
Minimum Requirements
- Student currently studying at an university necessary for the ‘collaboration contract’ (Spanish laws)
- Students need valid work papers to legally have permission to work in Spain
- Student needs to have skills such as discipline, teamwork and open-minded
